Cannabis cooperative municipal garden in Eindhoven.

The plan for a cannabis-cooperative was filed in 2013 by the local coffeeshop organisation VCE at the municipality of Eindhoven, aiming for a common cannabis grow-facility to provide selfsupply of civilians and coffeeshops together. Quality control and cooperation are two main priciples in this plan.
